I have created ‘FaceMyFears.co.uk’ to raise money for selected charities when completing challenges to overcome my fears and phobias and to make myself a stronger individual. Not all challenges will be raising money for Charity, some will be raising awareness, and some will be for my own personal achievement.

How to feel good?

Take 30 minutes out of your day to go for a walk, start slow for the first 2 weeks, then increase to a brisk walk to get the muscles warmer and the heart beating quicker. If you do not have time for a 30 minute walk, then even 10 minutes a day around the block will be sure to make you feel better and fresher in no time.

Change your diet

Eat a healthier and a more balanced diet. Why not try a home-made smoothie? Just 5 minutes to prepare and make and the best part is, it will be healthy and contain at least 1 of your 5 a day.

Cut the caffeine down. Trust me you will feel good for it. Yes, at first you may suffer from headaches, but try drinking just plain water or water and lime. Not only will you notice that you will feel better in yourself, but your skin will be better too.
